At Numascent, we take pride in the quality of our hanging diffusers and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Returns & Refunds

Refunds are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Damaged Items

If your diffuser arrives damaged during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Once confirmed, we are more than happy to send you a replacement bottle at no additional cost.
Non-Refundable Items

Used, opened, or intentionally damaged products may not be eligible for a refund.

Sale or promotional items are final sale unless damaged during shipping.
