Refund & Replacement Policy

At Numascent, we take pride in the quality of our hanging diffusers and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns & Refunds

  • Refunds are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Damaged Items

  • If your diffuser arrives damaged during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photos of the damaged item and packaging.

  • Once confirmed, we are more than happy to send you a replacement bottle at no additional cost.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Used, opened, or intentionally damaged products may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Sale or promotional items are final sale unless damaged during shipping.
