Numascent Shipping Policy

At Numascent, we take pride in creating and shipping all of our hanging diffusers from our Toronto workshop. Here’s everything you need to know about how your order will get to you safely.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • During high-demand periods or holidays, processing may take a little longer — we’ll always keep you updated if there’s any delay.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • We ship with Canada Post, Purolator, and UPS across Canada.

  • Standard delivery times are typically 3–7 business days within Canada. International shipping may take longer depending on customs and local carriers.

  • Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, as they depend on the carrier and your location.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

4. Order Accuracy

  • Please make sure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your diffuser arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. We will happily send a replacement.

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to locate it. While we do our best to ensure safe delivery, Numascent cannot be held responsible for shipping delays outside of our control.

6. Local Pickup (Optional)

  • For customers in Toronto, local delivery may be available upon request. Please contact us at support@numascents.com to arrange.
