Welcome to Numascent! We’re a small, family-run business based in Toronto, and we carefully craft and ship all of our hanging diffusers right here in the city. By browsing our website or placing an order, you’re agreeing to these Terms of Service. We’ve kept them simple — just the essentials to help you shop with confidence.

1. Our Products & Pricing

We take pride in creating high-quality diffusers designed to bring calm and freshness to your space. All products, descriptions, images, and prices are accurate to the best of our knowledge, but sometimes updates or changes happen. In rare cases, we may need to correct a pricing or product error or cancel an order.

2. Placing an Order & Payment

When you place an order, your payment secures it. We accept credit, debit, e-transfer, apple pay and more, and once your payment goes through, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all your order details.

3. Shipping & Delivery

All of our diffusers are made and shipped from Toronto. We send your order to the address you provide at checkout. While we do our best to ship promptly, delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location or circumstances beyond our control. Please double-check your shipping details so your diffuser arrives safely.

4. Returns & Replacements

We want you to love your diffuser!

Damaged in transit? Let us know within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll happily send a replacement.
Return requests: We accept returns if the product is mailed back to us. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Shipping for returns is typically the customer’s responsibility, unless the product arrived damaged.

5. Our Responsibility

We take care to make our products high-quality and safe. However, we’re not responsible for accidents, improper use, or delays caused by shipping carriers. In any unlikely scenario, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.

6. Our Content & Brand

Everything you see on the Numascent site — from photos to logos to text — is our creation. Please don’t copy, share, or use it without our permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be handled according to this jurisdiction.

8. Keeping Things Current

We may update these terms occasionally. When we do, the latest version will always be posted here. By continuing to use our site or shop with us, you accept the updated terms.
